Yeah it was a tight fit for sure. Another view along with the factory oil filter after the first change.

I know what you mean, that filter must be torqued to 500 ft lbs from the factory.

Yes leveled and still had to do a little trimming to front bumper and mud flaps for no rubbing full lock.
