Dealer ordered Wrong Color

Order another one and simply run it like your never going to own it. They will likely give you what you paid in trade for it. Run up the miles on this one and sell it. Your in a no loose position.
 
SO, I have been dealing with Koons since foest of May. Chose a color and built a trx-signed and sent it in and then before i placed my deposit down asked to change- re built another trx with another color, signed and sent deposit in to have it built.

Everything cool, until now- found out… they accidentally ordered wrong color (from original discussion) and admitted fault and was very apologetic.

I Suggested, to help make it right, that i take delivery of my TRX and they could do one of the following: 1: order me some powerboards; 2: get stealth matt PPF installed; or 3: get some oem parts for me such as painted mirrors, black powdered front skid, and the trx hood decal.

I do not think they want to do any of these options to retain my business. I even explained that we could work something out that when i take delivery and everything is signed , get ‘x’ $ in parts and ill just install them at home….

i am waiting to hear back at this time but i am mega pissed tbh because i built it specific to the color with plans afterwards- now i feel like I am stuck.
Not taking delivery isnt an option bc i sold my former truck to make plans for the TRX

Any suggestions????
Have them wrap your truck in the cooler you want, it can be done……ppf and the right color….its a win win for all parties
 
I ordered a granite. Found a silver on a different lot with all the same options for MSRP. Love my silver and don’t regret it at all. It’s a nice color. I’ve even seen stealth ppf on silvers and it looks pretty damn good.
 
Yeah it sucks they messed up the color, BUT they are giving you a pretty deep discount on the order, so their room for make goods is a leaner than if you paid MSRP. So I would expect them to offer to reorder. They were really clear to me that once submitted back to them they couldn't make any changes to the order.

They don’t care because they can probably sell the truck before the end of the day. In this environment customers are a dime a dozen
