I would like to announce that Dan Cummins is an official supporting vendor of RAM-TRX.com! (y)

Many of you already know @Miles Goff and @DevinArnold, as they have been around helping members on the forum for a while. However, if you are new to the site and thinking about purchasing a brand new TRX, be sure to check out these current deals:

Communication has been a problem from my Cummins experience thus far. But I have a different sales person. Will keep you posted.

If you’re having issues at DC. PM me, I can get the bugs worked out for you…

Bought my 2021 there and my 2022 Ignition, not to mention many others! Would recommend them to the moon and back!

Impressive Customer Service! I wouldn’t want to be your salesman on Monday morning. I think Miles is gonna ruin his day lol

I bought my TRX from Dan Cummins (Dawson Miller). Incredible deal, perfect communication.

Amazing turn around as of this morning! I have received the appropriate communication and aligned expectations from DC. A HUGE THANK YOU TO @Miles Goff and @NathanL07 for their support and assistance through this process thus far. Buyer's anxiety always peaks when both dealer and customer have no history of previous transactions and most communications are handled through text messages (coming from multiple #'s and no return calls) and internet bots. I am comfortable moving forward with DC and will keep the forum informed if things go sideways as talk is cheap, execution is everything.

After my conversations this morning, I am cautiously optimistic this will be smooth and my garage mistress will be here soon.. ;) 🙏

Dan Cummins executed!

To follow up on this thread per my experience with DC, I will start with a big THANK YOU to @Miles Goff, @NathanL07, and the great team @ DC (initials of these anonymous heroes MM/JM/BS)! After the wonderful Stellantis shipping games, my truck arrived exactly FOUR months after D1. After a very skeptical PDI review process, the truck arrived in great condition with only minor issues that are easily resolved in time.

These "minor" issues are related to what most new TRX owners are noticing, gaps in tailgate and hood areas. Seems to be pretty common and is not a long-term debilitating/risk issue IMO. I accepted those minor issues with a smile on my face, as I know how to resolve with the good people that live in this forum.

After a LONG, two days/~800 miles (break-in miles should be called "MISERY MILES"), the beast is sleeping soundly in her new home! Yes, I am praying i didn't break anything during my break-in process.🤞 To reiterate the phrase i had to keep telling myself these last four months, "It's definitely WORTH THE WAIT!"

I am sure that most of the "Powerbrokers" on this forum are providing great experiences as well, but Dan Cummins came through with all promises and NO BS along the way (after the deal was inked). Please PM me if you have any questions or would like greater details on my experience.

Highly recommend Dawson at Dan Cummins, Solid guy. 4% under invoice and no BS. Oleg sent ya ;)

Wow, congrats!

Did you opt for their ceramic coating? If so, would you mind sharing the cost and if you're happy with their work?

Thank you! No ceramic coating for me. I have a local company that I use. Great question for this forum!
