First time poster. Looking to get 2021-2024 trx.
Currently drive a 2015 GMC 2500 Denalli and I'm going nuts over the CP4 pump failing... just happened to a friend of mine at the cost of 15K in repairs.... so... I am moving on to a TRX. Can anyone recommend a good place to pick one up on the west coast? Looking for MSRP on a new one or a good deal on a used one. Thanks.

I know this is an older thread, but thought I'd add to it. Sid Dillon in Nebraska sells TRXs at MSRP. (Just bought a Havoc edition at MSRP from them.)
They refused to sell to me because I am out of state…. And that was after I paid deposit and made travel arrangements… Would not recommend Sid Dillion to anyone…. What made it even worse was they did not tell me till I contacted them looking for a receipt for my deposit.

If anyone comes across a white or hydro blue one with red and carbon interior packages let me know! No moonroof is a bonus.

Since I'm buying my TRX from Steve White Motors, I figured I would buy the Mopar Power Running Boards from them too. I asked my salesman if he could set up the purchase. He talked with the parts manager and they were able to find a set at another Ram dealer and pick them up for me. MSRP is $1730. I sent them the Mopar 15% coupon and they applied the entire 15%, even though the coupon is good for 15% or a max of $200. I got them for $1470.50.

I'll post more about Steve White Motors once my truck is on the way.

That is just strange and unfortunate. It was Sid Dillon out of Lincoln, NE? Maybe it was just a bad salesman? I drove down from out of state, although not as far as Alaska obviously, and they had no problems selling my current Havoc to me.

They supposedly took a $500 deposit to hold it for a few days until I could get time off from work to travel (provided CC info for deposit on Monday, made the trek on Thursday), but I noticed it never hit my credit card. Got there, and they had my credit card info, but never charged me. My wife forgot her driver's license for the financing (we co-sign everything together) and they were cool with it, just texted them a picture of it once we got home with the truck.

Mike White hasn't charged my card for the $200 deposit either.

I spent the last few days calling dealerships all over the eastern half of the country to find a Lunar edition at MSRP. I found one at Laura CDJR in Sullivan, MO and put a deposit down. It's a couple of weeks out still so I casually continued the search and found one much closer.

That being said, I've not called them to cancel the reservation. The only 2 options are the Lunar edition package and level 2.

Feel free to PM me and we can work out how best to transfer the reservation.

Steve

Yes, Lincoln, NB. They were quick to take my $1000 deposit on a card. I thought I had found a Lunar at MSRP and was happy to be done looking.. only to be put right back in the pain of calling dealers to hear they want an extra $10K. I eventually found one at MSRP in Detroit and the keys are in my pocket. :)

I believe that truck has been delivered to the dealer, I put a deposit on one that’s in transit right now 😂

I reached out to them this morning about the Lunar they have in stock. You're right, MSRP. The salesman, Dan didn't return my call. 😆

Edit: The dealer finally called back at 3 PM PDT. Both Lunars are sold.

One of em is mine my brother 😂

Yea I do , I don’t remember the code but it’s on the rail car as we speak.
I had talked to koons and they said that I wouldn’t find a lunar at MSRP. I told them to suck it , they offered me a level 2 blacked out MSRP I said “no sir I need that surf blue interior”.

Folks, I am picking up my 23 tomorrow from Koons in VA. They are selling all their non-Lunar TRX at MSRP as of today. Excited to hit the road in this beast to say the least. Hoping no major mechanical or cosmetic stuff wrong with it.
Enjoy my friend, your not going to believe it!

That’s EXACTLY what I said when he tried to offer me an all black one 😂

Add Steve White CJDR in Hickory, NC to the list. They are charging MSRP + Tax if applicable. No doc fees or anything else.

I have an inbound Lunar Edition saved with a refundable deposit of $200. This morning, I texted the salesman and told him I just couldn't buy his truck. Due to a back problem that I have surgery scheduled for next week, I couldn't make the drive. I checked shipping rates and it was going to be $2-3k for an open trailer. About an hour later I got a call from their sales manager. He told me he could ship the truck to me, 2500 miles in an enclosed trailer for $3k, but he would pick up a large portion of the shipping costs. I couldn't pass up that offer.

I'll post another review when the process is complete.

In the end, I paid MSRP for my Lunar Edition TRX plus $800 of the $2389 shipping costs to transport my truck 2500 miles. If I had opted to fly out to Charlotte and drive back to North Idaho, I would have spent about $2300 in airfare, hotels, and gas. Not to mention the fact that my truck would have 2500 miles on it and the associated wear and tear that goes along with a long road trip.

Mike McGirt is the sales manager. Good guy and a straight shooter. (980)295-4937 cell.
