I personally don’t stress a bunch on brand. I just go to see a shops work. Generally premium shops use premium products in my experience. It’s rare that, for example, a xpel/3m shop that does excellent full ppf work will use substandard ceramic products

I think the ceramics my guy does is a 3-5 yr coating. Probably cheaper because of that.

so my detailer just spray painted the hood of a ceramic coating he did and then torched it. The spray paint wiped off in about 30 sec with a rag. As far as I can tell thats damn good. I think I found my guy.
