Best replacement windshield wipers?

Won't that dry it out?
Methanol is in winter blends of washer fluid at 30-50%, and it’s technically much harsher on rubber than IPA.

Vintage thread so I will update while I’m here. My Bosch Icons are now over 4 years old, stay outside year round and are still doing pretty good. May replace in spring but we’ll see.

got it. i went ahead and ordered the bosch icons. i had them on another vehicle awhile back and didn't have any issues so it seems that they are still reliable of a choice.

+1 for Bosch Icons. I do replace them every 12 months or so, as I am pretty picky on my wiper blades and their performance. Bosch Icons seem to give the best consistent performance over their lifespan.

I tried Bosch's newer "next step up from Icon" blades they released not too long ago, and was pretty disappointed. Went back to Icons.

Wyoming winters are hard on wipers. Taking the advice of the forum I went with Bosch for a season and then tried RainX on a whim. Turns out I like the OEM wipers the best so I switched back on both vehicles. The factory wipers work great when new, and look better as they are lower profile (they don't have that ugly/clunky one-size-fits-all-car-brands adapter). OEM wipers are the quietist of the three options, no wap-wap-wap noise when running back and fourth, and no vibration casued by the poor quality adapters.

Factory wipers are cheap too. I buy them now on the mopar parts website.

I just bought the Clix Wipers with a carbon fiber finish. Someone told me they were great. But when I looked it up on the forum no one mentioned using them. Bosch Icon seem to get the best reviews here. Has anyone used the CLIX Wipers? If so what was your experience? Live in North East by Ocean. Lots of salt and rain and sometimes snowy conditions. Any advise? And what do you think of Clix Wipers?

I buy the cheap ones off amazon and replace them more often. I've used rainx, bosch and goodyear they all seem to go to crap at the same rate here in SoFlo.

I’ve had the Bosh over 2 years now and they are still working great. Now to be fair the last 1.5 years the TRX went from daily driver to drive every now and then to keep the battery from dying. Sad I know which makes me rethink why I’m paying for it. 😂. Either way they have held up well just through hot weather to very cold weather changes with no issues.

Well I ended up buying the Clix's which came with a Carbon Fiber finish. So far I love them. Look great on the truck and so far work great. They have good reviews. I was going to go with the Icon but glade I didn't
Also when I looked up the specs for a replacement wipers it said the OEM's were 21 left and 22 Right. Which I don't understand because I BOUGHT ther s up with that? did I get bad info on the OEM's or the new ones are not the one's I ordered but modified for me after the purchase

The new Clix's are 24 right 24 left and they match the OEM's

Here in the Communist Frozen Tundra (Michigan), the Rain-X Truck & SUV wipers have worked well for me on my daily drivers. I just put a set on the TRX a week ago (24" Part# 870224, both sides). We got hit with a nasty snow/ice storm today. They did the job flawlessly.
