. . .also known as Ben Dover.Ben Hardy claims that all of us getting Ram TRX’s under MSRP are liars. And he has a car buying course we all should buy… convenient.
Not a fan of this guy, I follow TFL truck on Youtube, they give honest and fair reviews and all of their guys spend time in the different trucks. Even Andre who is a huge Toyota fan, loves the TRX.
And his wife Ilene Dover?. . .also known as Ben Dover.
Ben Hardy claims that all of us getting Ram TRX’s under MSRP are liars. And he has a car buying course we all should buy… convenient.
This was the plan all along. Don’t give him the views. He was just getting people riled up for views and now collecting views on their “told you so” feelings. Do not feed this troll.

His apology sounds like he is just butt hurt that he likely paid MSRP or higher for both the Wrangler 392 and the TRX!

I actually don’t think I was harsh enough in my first post…
YouTubers are a cancer on society. “Hey how about I make a video about something someone else actually did” so other people can watch it and feel like they too somehow accomplished something completely meaningless (world of fake accomplishments like social media likes, video games, porn, participation trophies, etc) rather than actually go DO something.
I volunteer and run STEM events and the number one career kids say they want is to be a YouTuber…why? Because they say they want to be famous and rich. Great fuckin role models. And people wonder why the younger generations don’t want to actual bust their ass or put in the effort at work.
It doesn’t sound like you started posting videos for fame or riches. So I’m not hating toward you. Also sounds like you provide a valuable and admirable contribution to society…YouTube sounds like a second hustle.I'll try and be less harsh in my reply. Not all of us full time YouTubers are leaches on society. I work my channel 40hrs a week and I pull 60hrs a week at the Fire Dept so I guess you can say I have two full time jobs. I also started a 2nd business procuring high end watches, cars, guns, cigars, etc so I guess I have three jobs/businesses. I also donate more to charity in a year than I made as a salary my first year on the job as a Firefighter back in 2006. So DO something as you so eloquently put it, is kinda what I do. I hustle and work my ass off. Nobody outworks me.
YouTube may look like an easy buck, but it requires on average of 10 years of brand building to become successful. That's 10 years of content. Filming, editing, and grinding. Yes, some of these viral chasing, shit content, blow hards might get lucky because their general viewership demographic is mindless drones stuck to their iPhones but the majority of YouTubers (that I know at least) are hard working MF's that will outwork the person standing next to them or go crazy trying.
I know you didn't personally attack me and I'm sure my reply is dickish, but I'm just tired of the YouTube hate. It's a tough gig for the majority of us to keep up with. My channel educates viewers, provides a service, and provides for my family. Not much else I can ask for.
We are on the same page brother. Don't get me started on Pro Athletes lol.It doesn’t sound like you started posting videos for fame or riches. So I’m not hating toward you. Also sounds like you provide a valuable and admirable contribution to society…YouTube sounds like a second hustle.
My hate is directed toward the attention seeking, intellectually stunted, wanna get rich crowd that posts content on YouTube and that, in my experience, is the bulk of folks who actually make $$$ on YouTube. There is a huge difference between the Ben Hardy’s and the Doug Demuros in terms of content. Sounds like you say you are providing value added content, in which case, good for you and glad someone does. To be honest, I don’t really care if someones channel just provides a service or income for their family. Drug dealers use the same excuse.
Beyond that, I don’t personally have respect for folks who think they deserve fame and fortune for something like crappy entertainment. In that same token I think professional athletes and singers are overpaid and idolized too much largely due in part to the marketing industry using these entities to sell their products.
The role models we should be providing to kids are doctors, teachers, firefighters, etc who offer a meaningful and very necessary service to society. And unfortunately platforms like YouTube, TikTok and IG just erode any possibility of that happening. But enough of my soapbox.
