RAM TRX
Hey everyone,
I’m considering selling my 2021 Ram 1500 TRX, which currently has around 32,000 miles. I’m not in a rush to sell, but I’m trying to figure out what a fair asking price would be.
The truck is in great condition, has been well maintained, and has rarely been taken off-road. I’d appreciate some input from fellow TRX owners who are familiar with the current market.
What do you think would be a realistic selling price for a 2021 TRX with approximately 32,000 miles? Would you recommend getting a professional appraisal, or is there a good way to determine its market value?

Any advice, recent sales comparisons, or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Sold my level 2 in February with 22k miles for $72k. It was up for a couple months with no real interest until a local Edgar dropped cash. It didn’t help they announced the 27 right when I was trying to sell.

base, level 1, 2 and other options will make a pretty decent difference. Easiest way is to use nada, black book, blue book, jd power, and whoever else does pricing. use all those to get an average. then go on autotrader, car gurus, or whoever you prefer to find comps. You can also search sold listings on things like BAT, or auctions.
You can also reach out to places like "give me the vin" you can negotiate a buy price from them on the spot, we had a very good experience with them, others got low offers but they paid several thousand more than the nearest trade value on a raptor.

Professional appraiser seems like a waste of money, we aren't talking about a Ferrari F40 here

easiest way is to just look in your area at what similar trim levels and mileage are going for. This is a level 1 with 32k miles going for about 70k in the phx area. - https://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-sale/vehicle/787664834. My guess is you're probably in the low 70s if you want to sell it fast and high 70s if you want it to sit but maybe somebody buys it.
