That definitely does not give me a warm and fuzzy. My experience with all of the dealers in my area was that they all said they had 2 allocations, but after prying info out of them, 1 allocation was for immediate customer build and 1 was for retail stock later on, more than likely for production actually in 2027... but unfortunately they all said those later allocations were not set in stone.
Why is the 24 Final Edition stupid? It was just another "special edition" TRX, and there were many, are they all stupid too?Well documented on everything minus maybe the stupid 2024 “final edition”
yeah I didn't much care for hearing that from the dealers, nor am I pleased to convey that to you...That definitely does not give me a warm and fuzzy.
I should rephrase that it was stupid to call it a final edition when it clearly was not. Though at the time it was believed it was. FCA is clearly a fan of “final this” “last call” etc only to release it again a year or two later. Like the Hellrango being the most recent before TRX.Why is the 24 Final Edition stupid? It was just another "special edition" TRX, and there were many, are they all stupid too?
And I personally like the interior stiching and the special graphics and startup splash etc. And while some owners, I suppose, might not care about such things, Im trying to understand your comment.
And by the way I bought my stupid FE for well under MSRP... And personally, I don't think anyone should ever pay over MSRP for anything... But if you got lots of disposable income, or even if you don't, it's your money, your life, your decision, not some idiot on a truck forum...![]()

My dealer had 2 allocations and although he said he placed both sold orders at the same time on 6/25, that does not seem possible, like twins being born at the same time is not possible, only one comes out at a time. The other allocation order in silver has already received a VIN. Mine still only has a VON. My concern is I am not sure when second allocations will be scheduled so I sit in uncertainty now with no clear answer. Hopefully the factory rep can provide some insight during his next visit.I ordered June 25. Got my VON on July 1 and VIN on July 2. I ordered Spitfire Orange so that’s the only real thing that has been worried about longer wait times.
Absolutely. As long as you're not hung up on what year it'll be.Any chance this beats the delivery date?
Awesome. When did you order, get your VIN, and what color? So, I got an update on the tracking website,
Estimated ship date from build order is 7-28
Estimated delivery date is now September 4th.
Still no window sticker, and still in JB status.

Same with me, dealer order placed 5/20 estimated ship date 8-11 but estimated delivery Sep 8 from what I’ve read though it is just a delivery date for worst case scenario and almost always beats the delivery date. I contacted my salesperson last Friday and he told me to expect it in two weeks so im not sure.Dealer order was placed on 5/20, not sure when vin was issued, I signed a purchase agreement on 7/8, color is black.
Yeah, my dealer said the same thing but followed up with it is a TRX so it could take longer, it seems like a unknown for everyone right now.Same with me, dealer order placed 5/20 estimated ship date 8-11 but estimated delivery Sep 8 from what I’ve read though it is just a delivery date for worst case scenario and almost always beats the delivery date. They’re already hitting lots, you guys hopefully won’t wait too too long.Yeah, my dealer said the same thing but followed up with it is a TRX so it could take longer, it seems like an unknown for everyone right now.
Hopefully, just can’t wait to get behind that wheelThey’re already hitting lots, you guys hopefully won’t wait too too long.
That's great that you have a VON!My dealer had 2 allocations, I had one of them. He entered them into the system at the SAME time he said. The other sold order (In silver) was picked up and assigned a VIN. Mine in spitfire was not, still only a VON. Now 'm wondering what my expectations should reasonably be. Any ideas?
Apparently not! Some dealers already have one...before any other 2027 trim. They’re already hitting lots, you guys hopefully won’t wait too too long.
I received your positive energy with a smile. Thanks Brother! That's great that you have a VON!I think once a VON is assigned you would have a VIN no later than 8/3 (original TRX SRT production date). You got this!!
