Another broken Dampener bolt on rear axel!

Well if I had used the suspension travel , or did any actual maneuvers where that boot might have been stretched I would kinda understand. But this boot most likely got torn in a restaurant parking lot . The truck hasn't seen grass/dirt yet. I don't think anyone else has torn a boot so hopefully this is a isolated situation.

has your dealer already got the replacement? I was told 7-9 days for shipping but it took 21 days for me. although I just realized that @RamCares reached out to me on Feb 2 offering to escalate things and further support my dealer. I assume would have helped out shipping time but whatever it's here. tomorrow i should know more

Yes, my dealer got the part in that 7-9 day timeframe after ordering Feb 1st. @RamCares does a nice job keeping things moving. Best of luck

I ordered the Oem Mopar steps, I don't know if the amp will work with the Uconnect.

Are the OEM steps similar to the Amp research Steps?
Do you have a part number for the OEM ones?

** Update all repairs are done. And they did a pretty good job cleaning all the grease that went everywhere

also fresh bolts on the rear end

they also noticed that the bolt on the door that is missing in the other truck was tampered with so they probably have someone checking those you can see the mark someone was there

Almost forgot the part I was actually excited for the steps are on and working in Uconnect

One thing I noticed and the wife greatly appreciated Is the electronic steps come down lower than the fixed steps so it's easier for her to get in.

Ohh yeah they wanted 30k over msrp when they first announced and came down to 20k over. I have bought over 5 vehicles there and they usually give me great deals but on these special orders they tax hard! I wouldn't buy any vehicle over msrp .

The whole experience there was sketchy so I went through my broker in the end for msrp. Planet wanted 25 then down to 10. Not happening. My only fear is the attitude when/if something major happens after buying elsewhere but your experience gives Me hope. Enjoy the beast!
