That pisses me off.
I put a boundary on my truck via ram app when it was first available. Truck had 11 miles on it.

Day before pick up the app notified me the boundary had been broken and then a few minutes later re entered. Truck went from 11 miles to 11 miles. And went from empty tank to full tank.

When I took delivery tues it was at 11 miles.

Smh… I get they are busy. And the guy who picked me up said they have 170 trx scheduled to arrive this month. And I had already paid…

Idk. I need to cool off. Amanda was very friendly when I showed up. And very apologetic after my fuse issue. So I’m trying to brush things off. But this is just either lazy or trying to save a buck or both.
Then again the person who was supposed to set my fuses and do the full inspection could have been the guy who filled the tank.

Glad it was cold out I just had to do around town stuff that day and a lot of low rpm small throttle inputs that tank.

Mine had 28 miles on the odo when my transport delivered in December, which is the exact mileage that was on the odo when it left Granger’s lot. If I recall odo was around 18 when I could first access it on the app after Amanda let me know it had arrived.

Fuel was full. Top speed on performance page was 81 mph.

My experience could have been way worse.

There is another member who bought from a different dealer.

Turns out his truck had theft damage that the dealer just used touch up paint on. He didn’t catch it in the inspection and his door frame metal, and interior are both damaged.

It could be way worse than a tank of 85 octane. I think I but 91 in at half a tank. And now I’m at 1800 miles and no issues. I didn’t drive hard at all. Heck I still haven’t completely gunned it yet. Closest was a 3/4 throttle from 70 mph at 1700 miles on the clock.

Manual says you’re not supposed to drive over 55 for the first 100mi. Why is someone from the dealership doing 81mph with 11mi on the odometer?

I cant imagine getting on a 4 lane highway and driving with the flow of traffic to get fuel is something you should be worried about?

Agree with jashearer. I just picked up my TRX from Granger about 5 PM yesterday and it couldn't have been easier! A quick walk around and then paired my phone to uConnect. Signed a couple documents and was off. Out the door in a legit 15-20 minutes! I'd upgrade my base model to a LVL 2 tomorrow if they would let me. I asked....one order per household. It was pretty impressive to see $1MM of TRX's all lined up at the dealership. I've never seen that much HP in one place!

How did you get into ram app? It won't let me do anything until I get to the dashboard.

It wouldn’t let me do anything either until, I got an email from the dealership telling me to set it up.

I am thinking of bringing my weather tech mudflaps and see if they will put them in for my drive back to Vegas. Interested in anyone experience with any of the same. Thanks in advance!

We are flying in. We coordinated it with Amanda and they will be picking us up at the airport. I’m bringing my mudflaps and JLT catch can with me on the plane and installing them in the parking lot before we head back to NC haha. Also had jay do PPF on entire front end before we pick it up so it’ll be fully protected.

My truck arrived to Granger about a week ago, but when I check it in the Ram app the location shows as some shop about 15mi from the dealer. Tank read 84mi to empty just a few days ago, but now reads 67mi. Shows 30mi on the odometer. Not sure what’s going on here

I'm 1000 miles into my drive home, finishing the rest tomorrow. I flew in late (DSM), took an Uber to the dealership the next morning, took a bunch of pictures of TRX heaven, and got on the road early. Very smooth process.

I saw a screen shot at some point that showed the dealer installed options at Granger but can’t find it…could you share? I was planning on having them do a level kit and would be interested in ppf as well before the drive home.

So I just called Amanda awhile back and told her I wanted PPF done and she had Jay call me. He’s the one that does all the aftermarket stuff for them. I would reach out to her if you’re wanting some things done before picking it up.

I'm not sure and honestly didn't give it much thought. I was more interested based on what others reported when they took delivery. I figure I've got a warranty and will likely order a 2023 when the order banks open.
