Did the quote you got from BAT shipping online differ from your final pricing? I ask because on the site when getting the quote it only lists it as Ram 1500, so I wonder if its different for a standard 1500 vs a TRX

Other than getting the boot on enclosed transport the price did not change. I actually paid for enclosed & they refunded me the difference when they couldn't accommodate my truck. I noticed the same thing too, no TRX option.

Got a pic of a damaged HK speaker to be replaced under warranty, prob noticed by driver before hauling.

302913 VIN number. My order went from ESD back to D within a week. Been there now for a long time. Many VINs/trucks seem to be passing me by with build dates, BS and WS and deliveries. I know there continues to be trucks ordered late last year that have yet to be built. WTF is going on? I reached out to Granger this week, who reported they reached out to the regional Ram/Stellantis rep who just replied that its a "part issue". What part? What part do I have ordered on my truck that the dozens or hundreds who have surpassed me don't? It is complete BS. Complete disregard for order date. So much ineptness going on with these truck builds. Why can't anyone with Ram give a better explanation? So frustrating.

Unfortunately rep says they don’t know anything other than it’s stuck in inspection. I don’t know how, but that plant seems like a complete shit show. Really disappointed in this process. I didn’t mind waiting for the build but this is ridiculous now. Someone needs to find a way to actually get some answers

I'm in the same exact situation. 270 vin as well. Ordered early Jan. No updates at all.

Yes. It doesn’t say anything. Doesn’t even say it’s been built. Says it went in production April 30th. Everything else is listed as tbd. At one point it showed scheduled to ship June 1st but now just tbd. It’s a joke of a website. Ram chat said it’s built but can’t give details on why it’s in inspection.

bummer...I've seen some posts to where it shows a similar status and they get an email saying its been delivered to the dealer. Although some people are saying its accurate.

Nice. No not to fat at all. Will definitely be looking in to some cars and coffee this Summer. The truck is amazing

These build timelines are so crazy. I ordered 2/1 and mine is at Granger currently. My dad ordered 2/3 (both ordered 1/31, but those were the dates they were sent into Ram) and is still in D status. Both fairly loaded Lvl 2 with a couple of minor differences like exterior paint color and his red accent interior. Really makes no sense, but that seems to be everyone’s experience.

Granger has historically protected the price at the original quote once the order was accepted. I would expect you should be good.

For instance my original price lock was early December and I think the base price has changed 3+ times since then.

Yes, we do price protect. It needs to be ordered under the same name and address we deliver it to.
