I like to think that every passing day is a chance they will not do the forced red accents and maybe have some better colors available 🤠

I think that's more tires than TRX getting through the snow. We had some big snow storms here and this was before I changed out the worn stocks on my TRX. It was rough in the snow. Not great at all but I drove my friends 2021 WK2 Grand Cherokee Altitude and it had snow tires on it. Even though it didnt have the ground clearance of the TRX it still did way better in the deep stuff. Sometimes I was plowing but it got through everything.
Well, I'm not thinking about three to six inches of snow, but upwards of two feet. Maybe with some drifts thrown in.

I've successfully driven my Challenger GT AWD through a bit over eight inches, and on the OE tires. And about the same depth in an MGB GT with elderly and worn all season tires.

Never did try my Trackhawk on anything but hardpacked snow, but while it had tires that work well in snow I can guarantee that the TRX would do better. Much better, because of ground clearance.

Of course, it also depends on the snow. I've had the TRX stuck in a mere 23 inches (yes, I measured it) since it wasn't fresh fluffy snow but layers of fresh and crusted. And that was with 3-peak rated tires.

. And that was with 3-peak rated tires.
I found it extremely interesting just how low of a bar it is to get that 3 peak rating

The tire only has to accelerate 10% faster than “baseline all season tire” no turning, braking nothing.

obviously (I would hope) tire manufacturers do much more than this to market them as snow tires, but the rating themselves alone mean almost nothing.
