I went through all paperwork and nada, except for the window sticker which calls for a purchaser to look at the details of the limited warranty. Only way to get access is to download the owners manual and warranty card, since they were not handing out hard copies.

This is 100% going to be a battle if someone gets screwed over a denied warranty claim if the original purchaser never signed an acknowledgement form, nor were given paperwork at the time of sale relating to this restriction.

It does say it in the manual, but RAM did not follow their own procedures so they will get dung.
