I’ve been lurking/learning for a a while and finally made an account. Any chance that VA build sheet is me? 500608 VIN, White, ordered from Koons and went D1 in the first batch a couple weeks ago and they told me my estimated ship date was 12/6.

After 2 months Ram cancelled my order because I didn’t order from a Fleet dealer and my company buys Rams through Enterprise and is listed as a fleet customer. I’m beyond pissed. My personal name is tied to the account since I’m the CFO. Even though I have a VIN the dealer claims the truck won’t be built either.

You sure they just don't have a chicken walking around on a board with numbers and build the numbers the chicken pecks? I'm actually not entirely sure that's not the case.

Order update
I can understand being frustrated by the randomness of the process, but like others have said production started in December and if you order a truck you know you're going to get it. The overall process is light years better than ordering a Ford. I ordered an F-150 Platinum the day order banks...

Your info has been in the tracker for a couple weeks now. (Click the TRX Tracker link at the top of every page, or in the menu on mobil)
You are in transit currently (KZM) with an ETA of 2/27 according your tracker status. Your dealer can give you a more accurate update as to exactly where it is between Michigan and Utah
Are you some sort of Excel Wizard? I can’t believe you were able to create tracking for everyone in this forum!
