So I wanted to post a song today, but tomorrow is officially 7 weeks without a Window Sticker and that burst of energy from last week is waning. @KnightMare has been my best advocate, @RamCares sends nothing but form letters and has not leaned in to help. While it has moved along, it is getting ridiculous with the lack of communication. I hope once this truck gets delivered it is perfect, if not I am happy to be a guest on the @KnightMare show and give a detailed timeline of the lack of communication from FCA/Cilantro/Stiletto's/BsBeforeHs

Really sorry to hear what is happening to you man. Its a shame RamCares is utterly useless in most cases but I feel like at this point, you should be escalated to the top cause 7 weeks since your build, they owe you, your dealer, and your regional rep some answers.

Thanks, I am very Sad for all these issues though. It sucks that people are receiving what should be a wonderful truck and shit is missing, bolts loose, mismatch leather. If they told me, hey we are waiting to make sure it is right, I am fine, just f**king communicate Stilletto! @KnightMare I have another suggestion for a video! With all these issues, and the call out you did on the mismatch leather made me think of Sir-mix-alot's My Hooptie, maybe you need a video using the My Hooptie video and use the TRX. "My Hooptie's rolling, suspension dragging, mismatch leather and my oil's leaking. LOL, so sad for such an expensive truck, stop hiding @RamCares and communicate!

I'll check on your again tomorrow and if I can at least get a location it. As early as your build was I wouldn't think it is because of the chip shortage you are stuck in JB now

@RamCares here is another one, not many of us far behind. Ramp up the communication and stop hiding, or get out of the high end truck business! I am pissed that Stilletos is even making me consider a Ford, I feel dirty inside!! F**K!!
