Tires do rub but only if making tight corners or off-roading.

At this point no difference in the 22 to 23 model other than the new digital dash in the 23. No new colors but Iwould imagine they may do some special edition colors during the year.

The hot wheels project looks good.

My quick wrinkled paint/sloppy efforts with the WalMart toy... regardless the kids 2/4/6 love it as our "T-REX!" is a personality/like a favorite Teddy Bear!

Can you paint one like a traditional model kit? <- more calls to make tomorrow, going down this rabbit hole!

Found the attached Etsy site, messaging Jonathan re: potential for a OEM TRX run and costs (whether it would be cheaper than highly detailed customizations). Also reached out to someone making 1/25th trucks (featuring a Dodge Dually 5th Gen) on Etsy too (around $80).

I was at Phoenix www.FuelFest.com last weekend and a die-cast vendor selling many JDM and rare Hot Wheels he thought that Matchbox had a TRX offering (although I haven't found it).

It is a one of one and takes a few months from concept to reality. It is really expensive, I would say around $125 USD

Actually besides the digital dash it looks like the 23s will have gloss black door handles and tailgate handle instead of body color. Personal taste if you think that is a good or bad thing. Regardless you will be getting the baddest truck out there.
