Seriously no one cares if there are warranty repairs on CarFax, only accident reports and damage repair.
Most dealers have arrangements with Carfax. Carfax gets auto downloads from the dealers records, in return the dealer gets services from Carfax. All the vehicles records for everything then end up with Carfax. Why would problems fixed by the dealer show up on Carfax? That makes no sense. It wasn't in a crash.
I do not recall anyone complaining of a loose A arm bolt.Clunking noise 2022 Ram TRX
Was told not under warranty and that I should make a claim to my insurance company and or send it to body shop and come out of pocket to fix this issue.
Truck has never been driven off road yet. Just streets and freeway and San Francisco pot hole.
Anyone encountered this too
Do you have custom suspension work or any related aftermarket items? That's key to this discussion, but sounds wild for a dealership to deny a warranty on something like that. Very concerning.Clunking noise 2022 Ram TRX

Who????I’m hearing more and more how dealerships or ram are not honoring or don’t want to fix problems like this I own a Ford raptor. I have never been turned down or denied anything that has gone wrong with my raptor . I have the extended bumper to bumper warranty six years 100,000 miles. anytime I’ve had a problem they give me a rental car right up front also.
Every person has a different experience with service issues and most of the time it is more Dealer than Manufacture. I just got rid on my 21' Ford Platinum and going back and forth with electrical issues sucked, dealer didn't help the situation much. It was in service over 2 months of the 9 months I had it. Had to get a lemon law lawyer. They settled and then I sold it. I also had a 21' Jeep Rubicon 4xe that had a battery coolant pump issue. Had issues getting a replacement part. Took almost 2 months but they bent over backwards to accommodate me without me even asking. Kept it another 10 months.I’m hearing more and more how dealerships or ram are not honoring or don’t want to fix problems like this I own a Ford raptor. All stock. Trx. Extended warranty was purchased. Never got a rental while in the shop.Do you have custom suspension work or any related aftermarket items? That's key to this discussion, but sounds wild for a dealership to deny a warranty on something like that. Very concerning.
Go to a different dealership. Not only should that be covered but the Mopar MaxCare extended warranty covers the rental/loaner as well. All stock. Trx. Extended warranty was purchased. Never got a rental while in the shop.
I can only imagine that if I would have race the truck on a off road trail, would I loose control and destroy the truck and myself.
Yea that's unacceptable. This absolutely should be covered. Go to a different dealership. All stock. Trx. Extended warranty was purchased. Never got a rental while in the shop.

I've owned 4 Raptors, the Gen 2's were the worst dealership experience of all. Every time I went in for anything I had to be prepared to fight over if it was covered by warranty or not. Ford is absolutely no better and potentially worse.I’m hearing more and more how dealerships or ram are not honoring or don’t want to fix problems like this I own a Ford raptor. It’s not really “free.” It’s covered by the power train warranty you paid for when you bought the vehicle. If you don’t have rental coverage then they did that to appease you so you don’t try to go after them for some diminished value, lemon law, or defect claim. My motor had a catastrophic failure, lost the bearing in the supercharger, the supercharger chewed up the bearings and split little pieces all the way down through the motor, I’m sure this is kind of a one off thing. The factory is shipping out a brand new motor and supercharger it should be here in the first week in June and then probably the end of June it will be finished. In the meantime my dealership is giving me a full-size ram bighorn pick up that I can keep until everything‘s done and all of this stuff is for free!

I agree. 6 months down should easily warrant your payments being covered (assuming you didn’t pay cash), and can certainly lead towards a strong lemon or defect case.1st week of June or January? If it's June you need to push them harder. No way they can't get you a new block before Summer.
Hey there,Go to a different dealership. Not only should that be covered but the Mopar MaxCare extended warranty covers the rental/loaner as well.
It doesn't matter they are incompetent and do absolutely nothingJust a note, Im not the one with the issue @Trx415 is the one having the problem with his dealer refusing to repair his TRX.
Parked at the airport is the scariest four words for a TRX ownerI'm coming up on my 1yr as well. Really no issues to speak of, minus the battery taking a shit while parked at the airport last month. I'm taking it in soon for the trailer steering recall, and the "TRX lean" issue(replace both springs on left side), but other than that, it's been a dream!
