You guys suck and my Granger pick-up experience

Flew into Des Moines, Brittney from Granger picked me up, and we were at the dealership. Shelby (finance lady) said my wire had arrived just before I did, I'm on the road 15 minutes later to start making the trek back to DFW. Easiest purchase ever. Thank you, Granger.

So, now for why you guys suck. I've lurked here for a while and I had heard, read, etc. that the TRX was a cool truck and so forth. But, I DIDN'T KNOW HOW AWESOME IT WAS!!! You guys need to do a better job communicating. :D :D :D

I have 800 miles on it now and my only real complaint at all is the lowest heat setting on the seats is a touch too warm. :D

I'm coming from a '19 Raptor and while it was a good truck, my '23 TRX is next level for sure. Awesome interior, incredible powertrain, tons of features, love the new digital dash, huge screen, tons of gizmos, all fairly intuitive. Dodge, I mean FCA, I mean Stellantis.....Ram did an amazing job on this truck.

Granger and the TRX team there are out of this world as is DODGERAMCHRYSTLERFCASTELLANTISGODIS!!

I went with the 8 year 60,000 plan because I'm not going to drive it all the time. I think it was $2400.

whats the plan you went with on your vehicle? I assume there’s a best bang for the buck and also peace of mind that is a go to plan.

Thats the link. Select the plan you want and enter "payinfull" They are supposedly $50 more than Granger. All of the plans have almost doubled in the last year.

My previous posts on the subject...

I like the dash too, I still don't fully understand all the functions but there's nothing to dislike. whatever you want in a dash it's there.

My truck made it in to granger and will be picking up I a couple weeks. Of course heading out on vacation and the truck shows up lol. I did a 5 year 60k miles and was a little over $1600 with a $200 deductible. Mopar max care

Agreed. And yes the heated seats get super hot on the low setting. I’ve only had mine for about two weeks and I have to use the lowest setting intermittently.

Quick question. Does anybody know how to disable seatbelt chime? The 3 buckle and unbuckle trick doesn't seem to work on the 2023?

It does work. I have a 23 and it was the first thing i did before I left the dealership. I followed the below steps

TURN OFF SEATBELT WARNING CHIME

1. Hop in your truck put your seat belt on and close the door, wait for the dash display to turn off again.
2. Without putting your foot on the accelerator, push the Start button twice to turn the ignition to Run.
3. In 30 seconds, unbuckle and 3 times making sure to let the seat belt return all the way in to the rest position before pulling it to rebuckle (end the sequence with it buckled).
4. Press the Start button once to turn off the truck and you should hear a single chime to let you know you successfully completed the sequence.
5. To turn the chime back on, repeat steps 1-4.

Yeah they do.

Yes. In Iowa it’s called an “in transit” tag and works fine to get you home.

I tried at least 5 times, but I never get the ding, when I turn off the ignition confirming the chime is off, maybe Canadian trucks can’t be dis ambled?

Bro, its like you jinxed me. It stopped working today and I no longer get that confirmation beep with the procedure above. I don't think I received any uconnect update yet nor do I think that would affect anything. I visit my elderly parents a few times a week and they are only about a mile down the road and I never use the belt to see them. Today it kept beeping at me!!

'23s no longer have the option to turn off seatbelt chime by the driver. You now have to go into the dealership and have them turn it of. They WILL look at you weird, but trust me, they absolutely can and should do it if you ask them to do it.
