Windshield tint.

Hey guys, wanted to know if it’s safe to get windshield tint. I heard that it could damage electronics.

If they dump a bunch of sudsy water in the dash, it can. Most shops know how to do this. I have had two TRXs and a Raptor windshields tinted (Air-80) without any issue.

Never had a problem on any vehicle, and ive done all of them

My 21' has been tinted since day 1 and never had any issues on the TRX or any other vehicle for that matter.

Back in the day, there were a bunch of posts with people complaining about erratic behavior of the computer after a windshield tint, due to water getting into a BCM on the drivers side.

That’s what I heard. So I’ve been hesitant.
