Will you use your TRX as a work truck or a daily driver

Daily driver for me - for the one day a week I go to the office, and occasionally hauling my car to the race track. Trying to keep some of the fun of daily driving a fast track car without the discomfort of the cage and fixed back seats it has escalated to.

Daily. Everything. Commuter, jobsite visits, road trips, camping, off-roading. My only vehicle. Will probably put about 25k/30k miles on it per year..... And it is sooooo glorious!!!

I am curious how many of us will be using our trucks as a traditional pick up...hauling firewood, building supplies, etc. versus more of a daily driver, grocery getter. I am out in the country and will be useingfor hauling a trailer on occasion as will as bring firewood home and going to the local landfill.
It’s my grocery hauler. No landfill, hauling, or mulch carried in mine.

What’s it like to have one? Ive been waiting 7 months and all i know is how to cry while in fetal position.

My TRX is my:
  • Daily Driver
  • Family Pontoon Boat Puller
  • Hunting Truck
  • Long Distance Road Tripper
  • Occasional 0-60 Spirited 1/4 Mile Runner
Basically it’s my do it all tool. I love this thing!

I use mine every day for my irrigation company.

It’s a truck and will be as such on and off the road, in town and cross country.
I didn’t buy it to look at it.

oh I've felt your pain. I waited about 8 months myself.....it is 1,000% worth the wait. Most incredible vehicle.

4-5 times a week driver. Pre COVID, it would be a daily driver but today most meetings are now Zoom / MS Teams.
Hauling general stuff, not a work truck.

It was a 8 month wait for me and like @ZTRX said it is worth the wait 1000%. You will not be disappointed, incredible truck. Dry your tears, your day will come:)

I drive it a couple of times a month to the local Cars & Coffee. LOL

Its my daily :), makes smile every day

I welded in single sided ladder rack that you pull a pin to remove making it back to looking like a stock truck in about 6 min.

So, for me its my daily driver. Luckily I am a Fed employee and I drive 5 miles to pick up a van I organize and the Federal govt pays the rental gas and insurance for the van., a 45 mile one way trip. It replaced my Raptor. I will use it to haul our 7300, 36' camper. It does well but squats a little more than the Raptor. My 6 yr old just like I saw above loves the cold starts and when I hit the gas... When I park mine in the garage and open the door in the mornings, I have a big smile. What a nice feet of engineering! This weekend I will be hauling our camper 2-1/2 hrs away to Williamsburg, VA. I am looking for off road trails in VA. I have taken it on the beach in Corolla, NC. So relaxing... Enjoy the beast!
