Why is my TRX stuck at a port?

For some reason my TRX got unloaded in Benicia, California on April 11th and no further details are available to the dealer or Ram Care. The dealer said it takes usually couple days to ship after they unload but they’re not sure why they haven’t heard anything.

Anyone ordered one from a California dealer that can share details?

I don’t know if it’s unloaded at the port I’m just assuming since it’s in Benicia!

Dealer in PA… sat 20 miles away waiting for the truck to move it to the dealer.

Can someone share why would it go to a port? Is it coming on a train from Michigan to a California?

No offense to anyone, But I’ve been to Detroit few times and very familiar with Bay Area logistics. I don’t know how I feel about my TRX loaded in Detroit and unloaded in San Francisco.

Both of mine went through Benicia.

My first one sat at Benicia for 3 months because they lost the keys for it. My second one was there for a week.

To give you more data points, mine sat at Benicia for a little over a month before it got to the dealer.
