I’m trying to figure out if they CAN tell or not. I basically got the same story. But I feel like they should/do have more info than that.

Your salesperson either doesn't know or is lazy. They can have their sales manager look up the order in the Rubicon VLS system and show you a print out of exactly where the truck is at any given time including rail and holding lot arrivals and departures.

This give me hope! Mine went down the assembly line with yours! Hopefully I get the call soon, even though the estimated delivery is showing 17 Aug.

I think the destination makes a huge difference. Eastern Iowa isn’t too far from Chicago. Pretty sure that helps. My step dad ordered like a week before me to Easter South Dakota it shipped 2 weeks before mine and they still don’t know when it’ll show.

Yeah I agree which is why I hope mine is soon since mine is going to West Iowa (Granger), so not too far from yours. You are still the inspiration...lol

Well you have to know what to ask them and I know I said lazy but I'd hate to call Jackie that, she works her ass off answering questions, writing up and submitting orders. Just email and ask politely for a copy of the current Rubicon VLS status.

Both locations go to KC by rail and then truck transport to final dealer delivery.
