What the heck is this?

Noticed this under my drivers side dashboard. Round piece of foam with a cable or line running thru the middle. But some white substance flaking off all over the floor. 2023 TRX, only 6k miles. Any ideas?

Common on the rubber firewall plug. I have to clean it up every time I run siren wires through it.

Yeah it’s a common place for audio power wires or other accessories to be run. That’s why I asked if he bought it new. I figured someone had run a wire and then removed whatever it was when they sold it.

I’d clean it up and put some rubber cement on there to seal it up if it was mine.
