What kind of boats are you all towing comfortably? I’m looking at a 25ft center console.

Any pics, details on hitch and advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hope to see some replies to this as well...I have my eye on a Ranger bass boat and would appreciate any input!

Is Tow Mode wise/ useful???

I pull a 2022 basscat Pantera II. It’s only a 19ft boat so the TRX doesn’t even know it’s back there.

You should ask Deestrong. He posted this pic. If he doesn’t have an issue a 25ft center console shouldn’t be.

I have a 25' center console that's 7k lbs. I'll let you know how the truck tows once I get it. I won't be towing it often since it's on a lift.

50' Cigarette Marauder.....picking it up this weekend! (kidding)

25 ft Yamaha. 6K with gear and fuel. Pulls pretty well, sag is a little more than I like. But, it doesn't hurt anything. Never pulling long distance, lives on a slip mostly. We use Tow Mode, helps with suspension travel. Weigh Safe hitch to make sure we are keeping things reasonable with gear.

25 ft Chaparral bowrider. Was alittle worried about how well it would tow my boat coming from a 2019 Ram 1500 Limited with the air suspension. Turns out it tows much better. Sure there is a little bit of sag in the rear end but the added weight and width of the truck just makes if feel much more stable. Obviously the added power helps a bit too...lol

Let's see that Yammie! I've got a modified (ecu/wheel/IC) AR195 but been thinking about trading up to a 212X to get the built in ballast and a little more room. Love the Yamaha jet boats, which 25 do you have?

22ft Key West CC. Have a 6 in drop hitch set at 4in drop.

Nice, I’m looking at the Yamaha FSH. Thanks for the response, I’ll have to look into the hitch you mentioned.

Thanks, good to know. Boat matches the truck, nice setup.
