Westcoast 91 octane build questions

Currently live in Arizona with the worst possible 91 octane. I don’t have access to E85 so I will be stuck on 91, I already have HP tuners. Was looking into the FIC 1000 injectors and ATI 10% lower. Only reason for the lower is I’m lazy and don’t feel like completely dismantling the supercharger lol. Is anyone else running this combo? What boost/power are you seeing.

That would give you equivalent to a 3.045 upper pulley (if my math is correct)

A reference point would be that I have a 2.95 upper pulley with injectors, tune, t stat which came with the DT877 package.
My boost numbers won’t help very much unless you are at 6K+ in elevation.

I travel from 1,100 here in Phoenix to 7500’ where our cabin is. I see 10psi in PHX and about 8-9 up north
