Called my insurance company this morning to add my 2027 TRX to my insurance and the VIN # is showing error code saying the VIN pretty much doesn't exist. Now my truck did get built and delivered to my dealership in the same week, but I would think the VIN is inputted and confirmed waaaay prior to ever leaving the factory. Has anyone else who have their truck ran into this issue at all? And if so, what was the fix?
** I did bring this up to my Salesman, but he didn't need the vehicle added right away just needed to confirm I had an active policy. So, no help there, unless they have to add something into the system themselves for the VIN to populate.
