how do you get updates like that once it's on the train?

I hope mine is on that train. I’m literally sitting in the dealership right now and I know my salesman saw me already. Still, I have no update since I happened to ask if I went D1 several weeks back. You really cannot make this stuff up.

My dealer checks every morning and sends me any updates. It was almost daily from Sterling Heights to Idaho and now it hasn’t moved in a week.

Nice. Mine did the same thing. My delivery date is between this coming Saturday and late next week, assuming no other delays.

The BEAST is mine. Stopped for lunch and then I gotta put the running boards on this thing right away when I get home. If I have to jump in at 6 feet, my 5’2” wife is not gonna make it.

At 56 miles and so far have stuck to the break in guidelines but it’s a challenge.

How far ahead did you get your plates before delivery? Thinking when I should order for my 22 september is the expectation according to dealer but who knows

She'll make it. That's about the height my girlfriend is, and she manages.
Did put the bed step on hers, though, as that's a bit of a climb.

Where is your dealer located? Is the train going to Barnes yard in Portland? The reason I ask is my window sticker was on 8/5 and my dealer has not got any updates since. Dont know if my truck is on a train or still sitting at Sterling.

I sure hope my truck doesn’t go to Barnes yard. I hear vehicles sit there on average 3 weeks before getting loaded on a truck. Dealer said that Nampa is also a transfer station so there is a chance my truck will bypass Barnes.

Jeff just confirmed that my TRX is built and in the shipment stage. The date range provided for dealership delivery places it on the same train as @juicebox. Depending how on how things go, it could be delivered before the end of this month at the earliest.

Sorry to say it’s still sitting in the holding yard in Michigan. Mine’s been sitting in Nampa Idaho for a week so there must be a backup at Barnes yard or something delaying movement.
