Now, if in another life I would be unfortunate enough to end up working as a Stellantis customer service rep, I could see myself taking one of two approaches.
Either I'd do what I could to get a "daily caller" to get his/her vehicle to stop bugging me, or...
Knowing me, I'd be more likely to try my best to delay the process. "Hmm, I can see that this guy has pestered us just about every day for the past four weeks. I think I'll call my buddy at the plant and ask him a favor".
"Hey Paul, it's Jeff. Could you please do me a favor and make something happen to 811XXX? Nothing serious, but do make it delayed for a week or so". "Great! Thanks, Paul".
