IGLA works or it doesn’t. There have been one or 2 that have went bad and would periodically let the vehicle start but were swapped out and all is well. If you cannot enter the pin and get it started then chances are that particular button in the sequence is not working and then you can use the IGLA fob in a pinch or use the emergency pin change card to get into pin change mode and make a new pin. Now ravelco and IGLA can be fine together. You will still not have remote start unless you keep the cap plugged in or remove the wiring to vehicle portion and leave the ravelco plug mounted as a decoy and never use the cap. More of a visual theft deterrent.
And if there is an issue the IGLA people fix it. Period. I had an issue and it was rectified ASAP. They work as a team.
