TRX stolen. Any fast track re-order?

My TRX was recently stolen from a dealer collision center after I was hit by a dumbass on Thanksgiving morning. Does Ram have a fast track process for people that have gotten their trucks stolen? Waited 6 months for mine just to have it stolen 7 months later. Laughable security systems on these trucks

Sorry about the ordeal that you had to go through only for the truck to end up stolen. I haven't heard anything about a fast track process but it's possible something may have changed on that front recently. Maybe @RamCares has a process that I am not aware of. I went with IGLA as my first mod knowing how much these trucks get stolen in Texas.

I’ve seen them fast-track trucks that were stolen from the factory. But haven’t heard of a fast-track for any other thefts.

Why not just buy a lightly used one? Prices are dropping, no?

That sucks and sorry to hear that, have your dealer do a search for dealerships that hold stock and you might find one with the same options..

I don't know where you are but check out Granger, they have a few new ones on the lot. Or look on the Ram site for the options you want and start calling dealers that show in stock.

Sorry man ! That sucks.. Lots of trucks on the lots these days though, not like 6mo ago, maybe you can find one. Used prices (here) are finally below MSRP and trucks are still sitting.

Appreciate all the suggestions, but i'm a picky one when it comes to my vehicles and there aren't any 2022s on lots that match what I want at least from what I saw on the online builder. Plan on ordering for 11k off MSRP from Mark CDJR as it's the closest to me, but wanted to see if there was a chance I could have my build fast tracked as getting a rental this time around would be pretty frustrating for 6 months again

My dealer will do msrp and has gotten every TRX they've ever ordered in a few months. I've shopped with them for every vehicle I've ever had and have always had good experiences. We're also only 3 hours away from the factory so if you don't mind ordering from out of state I'll direct you

He asked for a fast track and ordering from the dealers on here normally is a long wait. And we both know they aren't going to cover a rental for 6 months so how much of that 11k is a rental going to eat up after insurance quits covering it ? I'd guess after a max of 30 days insurance will quit paying for it but I may be wrong

Sounds like you're all but guaranteeing that your local dealer will get the ordered vehicle built and to the customer sooner than a discounted dealer from here?

What's' their secret to getting their orders built before the dealers on here?

When Stellantis sees an order from them come in, they put it on the "hurry up and build list" and then it leap frogs orders from the dealers on here?

No I'm not guaranteeing shit just telling you the history they have with TRXs. We're a small city so they don't keep them in stock, they're all customer orders and they have gotten them all fast. I don't know why or how other than being close to the factory . I feel like yall don't want to hear shit about any other dealers. I'm just trying to help the man with what I know from my experiences. I don't make a dime so I truly could care less where he orders from at the end of the day

Crazy how common theft from dealers/shops is!
As others have mentioned, no way to guarantee a quick build on another new one. I would go with a dealer from the forum recommendations that offers $$$$$ off MSRP and then buckle in for another wait
