This is why we vet and do mandatory training for IGLA

I watched that video on your insta. Mike is my guy, amazing personally the dealer didn’t make a case with the sale, and instead wanted to remove it. I’ve sold two cars back to my original dealer I work with that have had ravelco and compustar systems (before TRX, and knew about IGLA and all that) and they said it helped sell quicker.

What idiots.
That’s exactly what we said. They could have changed the pin, put into transport mode and then given all the IGLA stuff to the owner with the details and my information like others do. Then if they want it, they enter the pin to turn IGLA on and then make a new pin. Instead they waste 5k to remove it 😂🤣

Exactly, unbelievable. Side note, KVANT has been another great product for the older cars

I bought all they had of the kvants, a whopping 8!!! 😂 200 are supposed to hit Slovenia at the end of the month though and will probably grab a bunch. Dealers have been getting asked about all kinds of stuff including heavy equipment. I guess the ravelco option is a hell no.
Ironically someone called ravelco who told them our videos are fake and can’t be done, they never told him about my $30,000 bet I guess. Maybe I should up it to $50,000 🤔

Why not contact the owner and set up a meeting to once and for all prove to him that his device is garbage. Propose to him your $50K wager and make sure you live stream that shit for the whole world to see.

Yessir, we have contact with other installers and several of us know all the viable locations and how to locate it. I also know and help almost all dealers with install questions and issues. No worries, worst case we can dismantle the entire vehicle and then you can clean the hard to reach spots 😬🫣 😂🤣😂
hopefully by that time, we can do a frame off nuclear powered option...

I did for the $10,000 and he ignored it, then upped it to $30,000 and he ignored it, said it was fake news blah blah blah, russian hackers claimed this and that.. whatever (someone called them and he commented on my YouTube video)
I posted the email here

LOL. I was talking to Mike about farming equipment purposing of the KV last time, it’s a good idea.

I am the guy yes
awesome. I reached out to AudioToyz on Friday about IGLA and Compustar. I dont think they are a dealer now but they are a great shop located in Rancho Santa Margarita. Hopefully I can connect you, them, and my truck soon. Your dealer local to me is Newport Sound in Tustin but on boarding AudioToyz would be a big win.

I think there are 4 in the LA area with one that can come to you. Not sure if another would be added especially with the one in Costa Mesa.

Had the IGLA/Compustar combo installed. And my experience so far has been less than stellar. Everything tested fine after the install but went to go out to my truck this morning and … nothing. Truck won’t start except by remote start but it turns off as soon as I hit my break pedal. So truck is dead in the water until the installer can figure out what is wrong. Hoping this isn’t going to be a preview of tons of problems with this setup.

Sounds like you are not putting the pin in correctly, shoot me a text and we will get it figured out.

Not sure it has anything to do with the pin. It doesn’t seem to be recognizing the fob when I have it in the truck.

Had the IGLA and compustar T13 and keylocker installed.

All worked great at the installer. Not so much today.

@Air’d outSRT - this might be a good time to re-explain the start-PIN sequence. You explained it when you installed mine, but I don’t think I caught all the nuances.
I usually get in, step on the brake, hit start, and enter my pin after the engine is started.
But you mentioned that you can also do a different sequence, and I don’t remember exactly what it was.
Reason I ask, is I had the same thing happen a few days ago. I used remote start. Got in, put my foot on the brake, and the engine turned off. I was in a rush so I just restarted and did the usual routine.
If the engine is started prior to touching the brake, does the pin have to be entered before touching the brake as well?

With a keylocker you need to unlock with the compustar first (honestly keylocker is not needed with a trx and IGLA/compustar setup) that energizes the key. You can also just open the keylocker and remove it. That is what the issue is. If it was IGLA it would still be running. Text me, far easier

With a compustar and it remote started on a trx, you unlock it, get in, CLOSE the door and then hold brake to do takeover, enter your pin and let it flash, then you can drive away. TRX’s are like whiny Karens and has to be done in the correct order. Sounds like his door was open too possibly. As far as the pin entering, depends on the settings.

I've been super busy with work and still plan on getting the full IGLA/Compustar setup done in the next couple of weeks. I have been thinking about that keylocker. I don't want to carry both the factory FOB and Compustar FOB. If I just hide the factory FOB somewhere in the truck (as i know it needs to be present to actually drive) will people still be able to open the tailgate? I know the Computstar doesn't allow the truck to be unlocked but what about that tailgate? Also, I do want proximity unlock. I am assuming the truck will start but IGLA will prevent it from going anywhere? Sorry for the questions and appreciate your input always.

There are s few different options that will get it to do what you want. As far as the tailgate if the key fob is hidden inside the vehicle they would ned to find it to open it with it, the factory one like on the dash still works on most vehicles even with no key present. The key being inside the vehicle is too far for the proximity on the rear to let you open it. With it locked walk to the back with the fob, you will hear it click and you can open it. Turning off the passive in uconnect might turn that proximity sensor off too
