Talking to suspension company… 3.5F 4R

So The owner was thinking of doing a release sale. Hear me out:

Our "launch editions"
-Limit to 5 or 10 orders.
- Trucks Vin lasered into each shock
-comes with swag, shirts, stickers, tumblers and other crap that doesnt matter
-Discounted price (we are targeting about $3k less than the competition)
-All 5 shocks, 4 corners and the 5th shock
-Im sure there is more, Im brainstorming before trick or treating
Sounds expensive lol, so in the ballpark of $7K? Kings are $10k so basing it off that.

These are gonna be Gucci. For the guy that isn’t chasing brand name, more the guy that wants the best custom option that will maximize performance.

@Fifty has really pushed so these are special and outperform the big brands we know and often buy because we know them.

Man id love to be in on this assuming its the offroad one we’re talking about. $$ is super tight right now though 😩. Curious, whats the “hell diver”?

P.S. Would rather have FULLTHROTTLERICK lasered in than my VIN 🤣🤙🤩

These are for off-road. Fifty gave me a little teaser and they’re rad. Never seen anything on the market deliver what these will in the compact packaging they provide.

Just doing some reading. I can’t wait until the sema release

I am not unfortunately. The TRX is leaving the chat sometime in December 🫠
When you decide to come back, there’s a mandatory RHO policy. Those who leave the TRX platform for that smaller dino are condemned to the RHO. Vroom vroom homie 🤣

hahaha! At least the smaller dino I'm going to has a bit more horsepower. I can tell you this, I will not be partaking in any RHO purchases.

I’m m actually a fan of the RHO. Lighter than the trx up front, more reasonable hp/torque for off-road. And it has the ability to turn up the wick via turbo tuning.

And being cheaper than the trx.

If I could swing an rho I’d get one and that would be the one I’d mod for off-road

I’m still not a fan of the raptor R motor. I’d rather a v6t raptor than the R.

But that’s just me and I can overlook the v8 vs 6T sound

When you're having hellcat whine withdrawals, just give me a call man. I'll give you your fix. For after-hours withdrawals = refer to the YT channel 😂 🤟

The exhaust sound alone is a deal breaker. To me, the RHO is like being physically built like Bruce Lee or Van Damme and then having a voice like a tranny. Looks great but as soon as you hear it, you want to vomit and run the opposite direction.

Jokes aside I like the RHO. The suspension can't keep up with the power we have as it is with the V8s. That said, this is still my daily driver that isn't exclusively offroad. I want it to sound good. Raptor's perform very well with the v6tt but sound like a Dyson.

Between the R and TRX, I want something that I can beat up at respectable speeds in the desert, race at stop lights, and be comfortable. They both achieve it. The Raptor has proven suspension durability, the TRX has proven engine durability. Pros and cons to both but hoping I made the right decision with the R.

I think the off-road aftermarket of Raptor is the only thing it’s got going for it.

I hope with the rho being a more affordable buy in, that the off-road market catches up.
I was just chatting with someone about the factory trx shock tuning algorithm and how much throttle Input is needed for the proper amount of spool valved controlled dampening.
It’s absolutely crazy with 700 hp.
If the truck was 450 even, then the driver demand could call for proper dampening and you also wouldn’t be in hyperspace speed wise.

If one was going to keep stock shocks, I’d send them to Filthy Motorsports and get them built with a compression adjuster and ramp up the base valving

Its just almost $3k to do that including shipping.

Cats out of the bag.

Full 2.5” body hydraulic bump, with dsc remote resie for easy adjustment, free bleed bypass (and room for other bypass tubes if needed) and a 3.5” reservoir.

This one is for show, the trx test piece will have a longer resie and may even be a remote resie. (Owner wants piggyback, I want remote)

Bump resie is mounted on the shock for display purposes, but will likely be remote.

Right now this is a 3.5 body, but I will try to run a 4.0

So hoping the trx will be 4.0 front coilover and 4.0 rear helldiver (with an option for a full bypass)

Rezzy gotta be bigger than that on the real deal haha. Looking good!

That sounds sick man. What is the sig of "helldiver"? Never heard of it but obviously sounds legit lol.

Where would the remote rezzies live on front/rear? Similar place as stock?
