I rented one of the grand wagoneers with this I6 motor while we had another car in the body shop for a while. It sounded like what you'd expect, not much different than the Gen 2 Raptor I had with the V6. The funny thing was the fuel mileage wasn't much better than my TRX. It also did this fun thing where it just randomly shut off while pulling out of my driveway one day. Supposedly this is a somewhat common thing with this motor and from what I've read they haven't figured it out.

The dealership gave me a Wagoneer while my radiator was being replaced. While the interior was nice, the driving experience was a major nothingburger. I felt nothing. Completely numb in a big box. Sound from the engine and exhaust was nonexistent.

I heard a TRX today, I was in my work car, wow that supercharger is loud. Really the first time I’ve heard one (not just passing by) while not driving my own. Thing sounded bad ass and believe it was all stock from the looks. Can’t believe they’re not making our trucks anymore and going to a hair drying straight 6.

My wife’s HO Wagoneer hauls ass. Never have I said this thing could use more power, and we regularly get 15-17 MPG with it.

How is talking about a wagoneer carpet bombing the RHO? The RHO will be a decent truck, better in some ways and worse in others compared to the TRX. No reason to get butt hurt over it. You can just ignore posts in the RHO forum if you are that worried about it.

It's impossible to ignore your posts because there are so many of them. I clicked "What's new" this morning and you had multiple posts in a row promoting that truck or the I6. Are you a CJDR salesman?
