On a side note, there was a 2023 HD truck with the new tow mirrors. Didn’t care for them (aside from the fact that these were chrome).

Does the 3rd black light on a level 1 have any tint to it for 2023? I hate the untinted look of it on my 22.

Doesn’t really look like it to me.

I would just get a factory LED one. It’s apparently plug and play. Whether you want to use the camera feature or not, it’s better looking at least. Halogen lights belong in 1999.

Yep looks the same. Thanks for showing that. And it's one of the reasons I've thought about upgrading to the digital rear view mirror. Happen to know if 68551077aa is the right part number for the LED one?

Looks like it should be according to the parts sites, but mine came with it so can’t confirm.

Wow first time I noticed the unpainted or black handles on the '23's. Looks horrible...

Wonder if the unpainted "upgrade" is just another excuse for RAMs latest laziness to detail. Oh Shit handles coming not matching red Stitcing and so many others read here.

The smoked turn signals are nicer but so far all other changes have been big downgrades. Hope '23s don't start coming with a 5.7 Hemi next

They are painted, black crystal. This is old news already.

Just got my new mirror indicator lights in this weekend and swapped them out. Like the black background over the chrome so much better! Thanks to those the listed the part #s!

The swap was pretty easy, considering I was fairly worried about cracking a mirror. I used one of the suction cups from harbor freight to pull the mirrors out. It took quite a bit of force, especially for the passenger mirror. Otherwise it was just pulling electrical connections and a few screws (and the 4 prongs on the inside of the mirror cap).

Only issue I had was after I installed them the first time, a connection must have been loose because I lost my blind spot warning. Pulled the mirrors again and re-plugged all the connections and it worked fine after that. Nothing like doing the job twice!

Sorry for the glare in the sun, but hopefully you can tell the softer black look from the chrome (first pic).
