Not a word. Been 6 weeks now. Dealer says regional rep can’t get any info from Stellantis.

I was stuck in F STATUS ( paint ) for a month, and I too could not get an answer from the dealer or from Stellantis, nada!

. . . best guess is they FUBAR'ed it somehow, and are currently trying to fix it . . .

. . . it took them a month to figure out they could not fix my paint issue ( whatever it was ) and canceled my order after cloning it with a new VIN and starting over in D1 status. ( with elevated priority ) -- check my sig below for timelines.

You may have to put in your own leg-work though! The dealer may just tell you your order was canceled . . . hoping you walk away from the new VIN clone that they can sell with added ADM. Call RAM Chat weekly, stay on top of it.
