Stealthbox with 12” and reclining seats…

I’ve searched and search but haven’t found any confirmation.. I already have a stealthbox with the 12”s. Worked great in my 22 with non reclining seats. Now with the 27’ and reclining seats I find conflicting info. Has anybody with the reclining seats installed the box with the 12”s? Will it fit but you lose reclining feature or are seat lift mandatory?
I don’t want the box with 10”s or a mti just looking for real world experience!
