Got another email from Mark Dodge in LC today (2nd in a week) advising they have and getting more. not above MSRP (see below).
Also, picked my Spitfire up yesterday and salesman confirmed cannot order spitfire, or bloodshot (even though Ram's website still shows) . He Also said they cant order RHO's right now either.

Both trucks should land to Pearland TX by this Friday (last railroad stop), and arrive to Mark Dodge in first half of November most likely.
