Should I cancel my order?

Evening Folks,

So pulled the trigger on a Flame Red 2021 instead of waiting for my 22. Woot! My question is should I formally request my dealer to cancel my order or should I leave it be? I'm assuming my 1k is not coming back to me which is fine but if I don't cancel the order won't the dealer also get the truck delivered still eventually?

I would at least try to get your deposit back. You may very well not.... But you definitely won't if you don't even try...

Maybe trade your 21 when the 22 comes? If you made a good deal on the 21 anyway..

Just wait until the truck arrives at your dealer. Be straight up with them that you no longer need the truck, but you wouldn’t have no problem flipping it. Ask them if they want to refund your deposit and flipping it themselves. I guess you know the answer

Initially, my rep, a good guy, was playing hard ball insisting that I’m going to lose my deposit. So I told him that’s okay, just double check with his Management if they want to do that, I’ll be there the next day to pick it up. He called me back 5 mins later saying I’m going to get my deposit back, and it was posted in my account 3 days later.
