Shipping tracker

ETAs are a two or three week range. The Tracker ETA is always going to be the last day of a range i.e. if your truck has an ETA of 6/30 to 7/15 (like mine) the tracker will show 7/15 as the ETA, but you could get it on 7/6. If the truck is not delivered in that range, you go TBD, and rinse and repeat - Butch

Arrived today. Built 6/20. Shipped 6/21. Arrived 7/4. PDI and then Wednesday pickup.

It seems for most people, the ‘in production’ starts 2 to 3 weeks from ‘scheduled’ on the tracker. Does that sound correct?

Yep… only update was scheduled and then built and then shipped all on the tracker or ram chat.

Mine doesn’t show as delivered yet but Koons says it is there finally. Picking up Saturday, almost four months exactly since order of which two months was just sitting around in the shipping purgatory.

my truck was built and shipped.
my dealer said it will arrive july 4th
now today, july 5th, the tracker says my vehicle is no longer shipped. it went back one step to "built"
how's that even possible ?

Mine never said shipped. I just got a random call from the dealer one day telling me it had arrived! Over 6 months from order to delivery. I did have it shipped though.

The tracker is probably delayed. Mine arrived on Friday and tracker updated this morning with Friday as the delivery date.

That’s good news although I question the accuracy of the tracker in general. Just checked mine, same as before. I’ll check again when I get home from work…

Mine is only accurate up to the built date. The shipped date is over 1.5 months after the fact and it still doesn’t show as delivered even though it is.
