If anyone knows of one at MSRP, please let me know.
The Sandblast is like the Ignition or Launch trucks (aka LE trucks).......some people just gotta have them !But a different color will yield a significant savings below MSRP. Is the color truly worth it?![]()
Some of us, myself included, bought one significantly below MSRP so now that $12k of equity is essentially moving over to a Sandblast, which is a color Id rather have. I had a Jeep Gladiator prior to the TRX in Gator which is a darker Mojave and loved it. Color is worth it to me since my equity is transferring over to it.But a different color will yield a significant savings below MSRP. Is the color truly worth it?![]()
If you trade your used trx in a dealership that has a trx for sale. You either pay over MSRP on the new one. Or sell yours for under MSRP. If they have a new one for sale at MSRP they won’t buy yours for 10k over and sell theirs for MSRP.Above - take the one you bought for 78k, trade it for 88, pay essentially no tax; get a Sandblast significantly below MSRP. All that clean living finally paying off.![]()
I called yesterday and was told it’s already soldBump in case anyone is still looking for a MSRP Sandblast dealer. Champion of Decatur does not do markups per their GM, they are MSRP only for all vehicles.
Ok .... I must have been dreaming it. I could have sworn that i bought a truck from a forum discount dealer for 78, traded it in for 88k, only paid 742.93 sales tax (saving about 5.5k of the 6.25% sales tax) - and ended up paying 89+ for my Sandblast - just a beautiful dream I suppose! If you trade your used trx in a dealership that has a trx for sale. If they have a new one for sale at MSRP they won’t buy yours for 10k over and sell theirs for MSRP.so that animal of trade in and save the sales tax doesn’t exists on a trx to trx trade. The maximum you’ll get on yours will be slightly under MSRP. They won’t sell it over MSRP used when they have a new one for MSRP.
Same as @Butch i bought mine for 73k, trade in is 85k. I’m $92k out the door for the sandblast which isn’t the best but significantly better than ADMs.If you trade your used trx in a dealership that has a trx for sale.
