SandBlast Coming in 3-4 weeks!!!

I am so pumped right now. Went to the dealer today to get some ARB diff covers put on the wife's Jeep, and the owner told me that they were allocated a Sandblast Edition. Long story short, they are selling it to me at MSRP. It is already built and will be here in about 3-4 weeks. My original order has been in D status since April 15th. Man, I can't wait!!!

Congrats! Much better than the 30 dealers I had to contact with no luck until a forum member gave me a lead and a shout out to a dealer. 750 miles away but MSRP so happy with that. Jenn at North Point in Winston Salem has been the best salesperson I have worked with in a looong time.

Congrats. I get compliments on the color literally everywhere I go. Of all the people that come by my shop, not one has liked my LE anvil color over this one. It just pops in person. You will be thrilled.

Did a similar deal myself, can’t pass up a sandblast at MSRP to wait for an order that may get get built before Christmas!

At least you have a date, mine has been stuck at the CSX yard since 7/12. I’m pretty sure they are waiting for the tracks to Nashville to be built back better.

My original order is still in D status and has been since April 15th. I am so happy the dealership gave me the option of the Sandblast that was already built, instead of waiting on mine.

Just got a call from the dealership. My truck was delivered to it's last destination before the dealership, its getting loaded on a truck soon and will be here sometime next week . Looks like delivery for me will be the week of the 15th.

It will go right to paint correction and ceramic coating, before I bring it home. It's almost here!!!

The owner of the dealership called me yesterday, to let me know they were taking my TRX off the truck!!!

They got it ready for me to drive around with today, but I will have to bring it back. My sales man is on Vacation and he made this Sandblast happed at MSRP for me, so I will wait to accept delivery when he returns on Monday.

They are sending it to ceramic coating this week, while I wait for Steve to get back, to save me some time.

It’s going to be fun taking my truck out to lunch today and slapping on the tailgate a few times lol.

I inquired today for a local Ram dealer in Butler on the sandblast they have on its way. Here's their response....

Thank you for reaching out. The TRX you inquired about is the Sandblast edition and only 1,000 will be produced. The truck will be priced at $131,770. We are not sure of the actual arrival of the truck, I can let you know when we do get a ship date.

I told them no thanks.

That is literally 30k over MSRP.

But, people are paying it. I had to do some negotiating to get this one at MSRP because they had someone that wanted it for $20k over. Luckily I already spent $20k alone in upgrades to my Wife’s Jeep so far this year, and I was able to use that as leverage.
Also, the owner is a awesome strait forward man to work with. I manage a power plant and have seen some shady stuff out there with vendors, so I really appreciate strait forward honesty when I see it.

You know, the fact they let you drive the truck and enjoy it for a bit before being able to actually accept delivery is awesome. That speaks volumes to your dealer - very cool. It sounds like a great deal and a solid dealer to do business with!

They are great people. I am not sure how the process goes for promoting dealerships on here, but I will be asking if I can show some support for these guys. We never met them until last year when I called with a pre built Jeep (my wife’s) I wanted ordered. That process went great. We have put $20k into the Jeep this year through them, with only a few minor issues that were correct immediately and made right. They are a smaller dealership so they don’t offer much of the advertised 8-10k under MSRP. But they also don’t do any mark-ups to their orders either. My Sandblast was at MSRP even though it was a limited edition. They were even willing to take the hit for me switching from my orgional order. And we all know stellantis don’t like that. I drove it around today, and will be taking delivery next week.

I will update once I get the info on what I can and can’t post on dealerships that are not on the page. (Still new to this , and don’t want to step out of line already) lol.

My Sandblast is waiting to get on a truck from Nashville. It was supposed to be here last Sunday. I’m getting sick of waiting for this damn truck to show up.
