If you swap to anything different than factory injectors, you will need to tune for them. Either you buy a second set of factory injectors and rotate them every X amount of miles, or you buy two equivalent sets of aftermarket injectors and tune for them. If you're going for the latter, then you might as well throw a pulley on there to get more power and value out of the money spent.
When you rotate a set, you'll then want to send the injectors off for cleaning or buy a machine and do it yourself. If you want a second set of factory injectors, I could sell you mine for dirt cheap.
It's incredibly easy to swap injectors. On a factory truck, you'll need to remove the air intake and then remove the 4 bolts, 2 on each side, holding down the fuel rails to the supercharger. Have some rags handy because you will spill some fuel when you pull an injector. There is a 3/8" Schrader valve on the driver's side fuel rail that you can depress to release the static pressure in the line first, but it's not mandatory.
