Recommend a fun .22?

No sir, suppressor is that price, bullshit tax stamp is $205 currently and will be $0 on 1 January. If you purchase before then the tax stamp would be added so $475 plus tax plus $205 additional tax stamp tax so $680 (plus sales tax)
Its close to 1 January so I would wait. Some places have free stamp promotions right now and some will let you purchase in stock ones and put on hold until the tax free stamp hits.
Holy shit...I thought it was a dumb question, glad I asked...I'll call silencer central next week to see what they can do, otherwise I'll wait...thanks!

I have 10 suppressors. Would save you $205 to wait until January 1st but you risk not finding them in stock because there will be a rush to get them. Find one at silencer shop or at a local class 3 gun shop and make sure they have a silencer shop kiosk. Makes it far faster.
Pay for it all, they will “assign” it to you, when you complete the needed kiosk stuff and prints you will get email updates to certify it ect. Do that with the gun shop, wait for approval. My fastest approvals were 16 and 18 hours (2 each time too)
Easy peasy

Once you get your kiosk stuff done, all after are far easier
You were correct....Silencer Central sold out of everything for my .22 exp their most expensive one...Seems I'll need to wait a bit

I agree with the “Anything Volquartsen” and “HK 416” post. I have a Ruger 10/22 takedown with the volquartsen carbon fiber barrel, Franklin Armory binary trigger, magpul hunter stock, tactical solutions mag release, Leopold 4x rimfire scope. The only thing left from the original 10/22 is the receiver and bolt. The binary trigger is fun especially with the GSG 110 rd drum magazine. I got my HK 416 (not really an HK… made by Umarex in Germany) for just $399 a couple years ago from primary arms. Loads of fun. My first pistol as a kid was a browning buckmark which my brother has now, here’s my current one with a tactical solutions threaded barrel and Dead Air mask. Also loads of fun but not pictured is the ruger wrangler revolver.. IMG_1045.webpIMG_1044.webpIMG_1046.webpIMG_0112.webpIMG_9643.webp78979704087__8E3966CA-B002-4918-B256-9A6453AA8027.webp

The Walther P22 is a nice pistol if you are looking for a “traditional” semi-auto pistol feel.

The Ruger MK’s are nice, just a different manual of arms than anything else. The 22/45 is cool, if you also own 1911s because it’s the same feel and grip as a 1911.

Or if you don’t want a pistol, there are TONs of other options. Literally every style of firearm has a 22 version these days. Want an Uzi? cool get one of those…. Want a lever gun? Yep lots of those around. How about a Gatling gun??? Yep you guessed it…

What do you want?

Ruger 10/22 takedown. I changed out the furniture to Archlight as I prefer AR15 type controls. Put in a better trigger, extended mag release and bolt catch. Halosun red dot and surefire light. The barrel is integrally suppressed. Crazy quiet with subs.
