I have filled out the form, and my info shows on build tracker sheet, but not on the main TRX registry sheet. Shouldn't the form have filled both pages?

Was lucky the end of December and found a LE that was ordered on 8/18/20. By a dealer I’ve used a few times. # 901558 not sure what status it is in. The dealership has no info other then this build sheet. There is a Anvil on the list today for SD but not mine. Got my hopes up.
