So what actually happened and what was the remedy?

I do not know yet, but it sounds like I inadvertently got cast as a bad actor because of the Montana factor. I’ll post the results on this thread.

They don’t only go by if your in Montana they also see if you have ordered cars at other dealers with your name it doesn’t happen by accident If that was the case nobody in Montana would be able to buy a car

They should give a reason but is this your first TRX/Mopar? Did you order from multiple places? They have cancelled people who had multiple orders in or those who got trucks and flipped them quick.

Yeah I barely got a straight answer and didn’t see this post last time, figured maybe someone would have a legit answer. May want to order a Durango hellcat also but don’t want to order that and then my ram Trx get canceled. I’m crazy when it comes to cars. Can’t make up my mind. Figured I’d take Possesion of the TRX when it comes in and if I change my mind and want the Durango HC I’ll have that on order. But don’t want the Trx to get canceled not worth the possible cancellation for as long as I been waiting for the Trx

It's more than 2. Plenty of guys have ordered 2 vehicles. Montana and some other stuff flags it to Stellantis.

Well I live in Montana and have had ZERO issues ordering from Montana dealers, be it Dodge, Chevy, Mercedes or Audi.

Now if you have a 2 nd home here BUT not a drivers License and are using a Montana LLC to avoid taxes ect......they do not like that, why I have no idea they still get paid.

I was talking to my wife about buying a place in Montana, so I could avoid the 6.25 % TX sales tax. and that is the only real reason...Since we will probably be buying either a LX600 or Denali later in the year...I was not planning to live there. just looking at a way to avoid ~12K-15K in taxes. Oh well guess I have to give Brandon his money since that baby boy Hunter stopped paying the Big Guy the 50G's a month in rent...

Well give action services in Missoula a call they will fill you in on what states are bad and good as far as a MT LLC goes, folks buy a 2.4 million dollar Prevost marathon and they save a crapload of coin with no sales tax up here. BTW yes it is getting a lot harder to use it nowadays compared to years back as states are trying to get every penny out of us all.

Won’t be a problem! Better get on that DDHC order now though!
