I might be misunderstanding you but you should be able to locate it on the app. It takes forever and a day but it actually works.

Reinstalled & still no location. Called Ramit Care, tested SOS and they could locate my truck. Was told some vehicles have location on the app and some don't.

That makes no sense. What level trim is yours? Perhaps it’s unavailable on lower trim level? I believe it is part of the Sirius Uconnect Guardian service.

I have the level 2 package. I was told by 3 Guardian support persons that location was discontinued on 12". On the Uconnect website it says Ram 2020 with 12" is supported, but not 2021 12" radios.

That’s complete nonsense. I also have a level 2 and it works just fine. It just needs to be activated. I know when I was at the dealer they activated two different items with Sirius and guardian was one of them. It makes no sense that we have the same level and mine works and yours doesn’t. The 12” radio argument is complete BS. Might be worth a trip to your dealer.
