PNW (Pacific Northwet....WA, OR)

Mine is rolling off the train in Spokane today. Should be at Dave Smith early next week. I live on the East Side (Seattle), so have to road trip it to Kellogg to pick it up. Super excited!! Feels like years since I dropped my deposit back in August. Coincidentally, I spotted my first T-REX on Wednesday... piggybacking on a auto carrier off of 405 Seattle.

Congrats on yours!

When I get mine (built mid Feb and STILL not at the dealer grrrrr) we all should have a TRX or Hellcat meet-up. I plan to trick mine out a good bit (already have stuff scheduled with Benchmark Motoring in Bellevue).

My build was complete on 3/13. Sounds like around the same time as yours. You should have yours soon, brother! My salesman at Dave Smith has been great with comms since hitting D status in early February. Call your sales-person... they have the info you need.

100% aligned with meeting up! That would be super fun!!

I'm planning on getting ceramic coating, paint protection film, tint, and window treatment as soon as I get the bad boy home. I'm relatively new to the area, so have no clue on local shop preferences. If you have a referral, would certainly appreciate it.

I just purchased a Campbell Global pass (https://sqrecreation.com/). I'll be spending plenty of time in the wild with the T-Rex. I think they're sold out for this season, but I highly recommend taking a look and getting a pass for next year. They sell out in a day, so mark your calendar. Beautiful, off the grid, off roading, uninhabited terrain. Below is a pic from last season.

It’s funny how many western Washington guys ordered out of state when you have an awesome MSRP dealer in Auburn. I guess it’s also funny that I went out of state when I could’ve gone to Dave Smith. My drive time to Kellogg is about sixes to western Washington though

Means to an end... :) Bottom Line - we all will be riding first-class, badass, performance crazy trucks!

My dealer choice rationale: when Rairdon Monroe wanted $35k over asking, I kinda panicked; thinking that I'd never sell anything close to that to the wife. I pinged folks at work and most recommended Dave Smith. Pretty easy decision when Dave Smith quoted MSRP. Woulda definitely checked out Auburn if I wasn't in a panic.

Enjoy the ride... and make sure to post pics!

Nice! I'll look into that as I love hitting the trails. Big time camper and love 4x4ing on the trails (hence why I live in the PNW).

Last month I hit some trails near Cle Elem for some snow camping. Had to rescue the Ram 2500 as went over a small creek bridge hidden by snow and went off center.

Was able to get out then had a snice snow camping time.

Later in the month the trails near hood canal and camped. Just found a spot off a logging/fire road and set-up for an overnighter. Buddy brought his Defender to hang a bit. Good times.

We're fortunate to live in the PNW! Our trucks will get some real use.

This is up in my neck of the woods. Beautiful area. We used to have huge parties up there in high school. Lol

The GM from Rairdon in Monroe quoted me $35k over asking! I'm pretty sure you feel my response :D Sad part is... they will likely get that much considering all the money in this area.
I bought my Rebel from Rairdon in Marrysville after some hard negotiations and walking out of the store. The sales manager called me the next day and sold it to me at my exact offer including what I wanted for my trade in.
They said they would call me when their white TRX on order was available. They never called and then sold it to someone else (according to the sales manager at Rairdons Kirkland for 50K over sticker!! )
I have been having my service done there because they are the closest. I am a pretty long drive from any other dealer unfortunately.

It’s nice to see things starting to happen. I was about ready to start looking at that Raptor R they are talking about.
I own gas stations in North Bend so I’m sure I’ll be seeing a few of you guys soon. Lol
I have a friend who use to own 2 gas stations in North Bend, George Wersch. He had the Shell and Chevron stations right next to the freeway. He was in the Viper Club with me and had a red GTS. I think his son now owns one of the stations and daughter the other. Perhaps you know or have met him?

Anyone with a red truck want to do a Murica photoshoot? I have a blue and white locally. Medford Oregon

That’s me 😎. Dad sold the Viper a couple of years ago. I should have bought it but I just purchased a ‘70 GTX and it just wasn’t in the cards.

What a small world! Tell your folks hi for me the next time you talk to them. By the way your Shell station is the cleanest and best organized gas station I have ever visited and the person at the register was great. I will hopefully connect with you at some point after my truck is delivered.

Today passed a Granite TRX on I90 near Bellevue. I was in a white Land Rover Defender and gave you a thumbs up and you revved. Nice whip!

You like the new Defender? They’re starting to grow on me. I thought it looked like an overgrown Honda Element when they first came out. I’ve been seeing a few more around town and they’re starting to actually look good to me.

The Defender was my buddy's and I was riding shotgun. I typically am not range rover or land rover guy, but the Defender is damn nice. The interior is very nice. His had a damn fridge in it lol. Has Uconnect type functionality. Very comfortable ride and roomy. Like you I'm not sure I'm feelin' the exterior styling but it has grown on me. I'd probably lean more towards a Jeep (Trackhawk, Limited Cherokee or 392 Rubicon) but that's me. My buddy loves it though. He has a tricked out lifted Ram 1500 and he prefers the Defender now.

I think they went too safe on design. I’d rather have a 98 NAS

Yeah they definitely didn’t do it the justice it deserved. They’re nice rides though... styling is sort of growing on me.
