What do you guys think- month or so on avg from here? Although i know ive read horror stories of people waiting on months at end even after the truck is shipped.

You and I are on a similar journey. I ordered in November to be sure I would have it for my birthday in July. It's beyond ridiculous at this point. I would be out of business if I $hit on my customers like this.

First off holy crap, a January order? Congratulations, its about damn time lol. What dealer did you order from?

Now for the bad news, this is just the very beginning. You can see in my signature my build from start to finish and I consider myself one of the lucky ones. Once you go D1 your truck can be built in as quick as a week or two or like mine 2 months. Even once its built, then it has to go through inspection and the vendor/body shop which can take a few days to a few weeks. Then it has to go to a shipping lot, where again it can sit for a few days like mine did or a few weeks. From there its on a train to the destination rail yard. Once its at the rail yard, same thing can be a few days to a few weeks. Depending on your dealer once they get it, you may be able to pick it up next day or it may take a week or two.

Bottom line is man, dont go selling that Wrangler yet. Youve got at an absolute minimum a month and a half until you see the truck if all your stars align and potentially up to another 3-4 months.

Congrats. Looks like you suffered a long wait for D1. And your truck is black! I thought they built all the black trucks within 4 weeks after order, just to fuck with all of us.

My first TRX order that im not taking delivery of, was ordered Apr22, and hit the dealer lot Jun27. It was a month for it to hit D1, two weeks later in production, and hit the lot in 65days(from order time)or so.....

My other order went D1 after 2 weeks, and it's been 2 weeks in D1 SO far

yea i was hoping to have it for my bday in April as well. Figured the timing would have been perfect with completion and shipping to the dealer.

lol I sold my 2019 ram 1500 limited back in August 3rd 2021 because of the equity. good thing I have my commuter truck which is a 2002 mazda b2300 =P

great news---i went D1 on 7-15--hoping for production any day now---sad to see you sell the 21 wrangler---i plan to keep my 21 wrangler 2dr willys bright red--love it and use it for work. great for access to remote power lines in the hills and mountains. hope you get your TRX home soon. I am just praying mine does not regress back to D status which is a possibility.
