Where does the pcv enter the intake? I would think it's after the supercharger. If is, there's pressure sometimes and vacuum sometimes. Is there always enough pressure from the pcv to push the oil into the intake?

The PCV tube is on the intake (vacuum) side the blower, which evacuates the blow by / oil laden vapor from the crankcase. There might be a small amount of blow by pressure thats in play as well.

There are two, one passenger side and one driver side. Remove the coil pack covers.
Passenger side is easy to find, PCV tube attached to the top of the valve cover, runs to the lower front of the blower. I am not super familiar with the drivers side tube, but if you find a similary black tube attached to the valve cover and follow it to the intake / blower, that is the drivers side PCV tube. Cheers.

The catch can isn't an oil separator, it's a money separator sold by snake oil salesmen.
Exactly.
The pcv sucks the oil vapor. The other side is simply a pressure release

On race cars we run positive crankcase all the time. Improves ring seal and also oil consumption. Basically only run pcv no air inlet.

Havnt tried on trx yet. Not sure if the crank case presure is too high which can blow seals.

If you are burning excess oil, your rings where not seated right from the beginning. There are plenty other treads on this.
